@coconutandcashews created this beautiful, thick hot chocolate recipe with winter in mind, so cozy up, whip up a batch, sip...and slurp!
ingredients:
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
3 T Cacao Powder
4 medjool dates, pitted, soaked and chopped
pinch Pure Vanilla Powder
pinch sea salt
pinch cinnamon
Cacao Nibs, for topping
to create:
1. Place milk, Dragonfruit Powder, Cacao Powder, dates, vanilla and cinnamon in a high-speed blender and blend until completely smooth. Taste for sweetness and add more dates if needed.
2. Transfer to a small saucepan and gently warm over medium-heat, whisking frequently.
3. Once warm, remove from heat and pour into your favorite mug. Top with a spoonful of coconut cream and Cacao Nibs.
