Crunchy Almond 4 Layer Bars
These 4-Layer Bars are nuggets of sweet, healthy, nourishing energy! Loaded with our beautiful, crunchy California Almonds and pumped up with the power of Chia Seeds, these will turn any moment into a mission accomplished!
Coconutty Crust:
1/2 cup coconut flakes
1 cup Almonds
1 T maple syrup
pinch Pure Vanilla Powder, sea salt

Nutty Caramel:
3/4 cup medjool dates, pitted
1/4 cup Almond Butter
pinch sea salt

Crunch Factor:
(chop to desired crunch!)
1/4 cup Almonds
1/2 cup Pecans
sprinkle of Chia Seeds
Chocolate Action:
1/2 cup Cacao Paste
2 T Coconut Oil
2 T maple syrup
pinch Pure Vanilla Powder
to create:
1. Line a square baking pan with parchment paper.
2. Blend Coconutty Crust ingredients together and press evenly in parchment. Set in freezer.
3. Blend Nutty Caramel ingredients together and spread evenly on top of the crust. Sprinkle with Crunch Factor ingredients and set in freezer.
4. In a double boiler, gently melt Chocolate Action ingredients. Spread on top. Set in freezer. Wait 1 hour.
5. Cut into bars and spread the loooove! :D
