4-5 large apples (chopped)
1/2 juiced lemon 🍋
2-4 tsp cinnamon
2 cups rolled oats
1/3 cup flour of choice
1/3 cup maple crystals
1/3 cup walnuts
1/2 cup sunflower or melted coconut oil
Pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla powder
Pre steam apples in a covered pan with lemon juice and cinnamon.
Combine remaining ingredients in a medium size bowl and mix well
Pour apples into pie pan and cover with crisp topping
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes
