ingredients:
(Crust)
2 cups Raw Oregon Hazelnuts
1 cup medjool dates, pitted
1/4 cup Raw Cacao Powder
pinch Pure Vanilla Powder, sea salt
(Ganache)
1/2 cup Raw Cacao Powder
1/2 cup Raw Cacao Paste, gently melted
1 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup Coconut Oil, gently melted
1 cups Raw Oregon Hazelnuts, chopped (add in last)
pinch Pure Vanilla Powder, sea salt
to create:
1. Blend Crust ingredients. Press into parchment-lined glass pan. Chill in freezer.
2. Blend Ganache ingredients….pour/scoop evenly over Crust. Set in freezer for 1 hour. Cut into squares… HOLY HAZELNUT HEAVEN!!
