(Frosting)
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup Coconut Oil or Coconut Butter (if using oil, stir in a little handful of coconut flakes)
pinch Pure Vanilla Powder
(Cakes)
1/2 cup Hazelnut Hempspread
1/2 cup Raw Almond Butter, Cashew Butter, or Tahini
1 cup Raw Almonds
1 cup medjool dates, pitted
2 T Raw Cacao Powder
pinch Pure Vanilla Powder
to create:
1. Blend all cake ingredients in a food processor except almonds… add them in att the end and pulse only a few times to keep em' chunky!
2. Shape into little cakes and put on parchment.
3. Gently melt coconut oil with mall syrup and vanilla powder……..spoon onto each cake….put in freezer for 2 hours… BAM!!!! DELIGHT IN A BITE!!! Don't even fright!
