1/2 cup water
1/4 cup Maple Syrup
pinch sea salt
(optional for topping) cacao nibs, cacao paste (melted gently) + honey to taste
1. Grind cashews into a fine powder.
2. Mix in all other ingredients, and blend until smooth. Add a little more water if necessary.
3. Pour mixture into ice cream maker (using the machine's instructions) OR pour into container, put in freezer, and stir every 30 minutes until frozen for uniform consistency.
