4 Layers of Love Candy Bars (Raw)

ingredients:
(Bottom)
2 cups oats, buckwheat groats, or sprouted quinoa
3 T Coconut Oil
1 cup medjool dates, pitted
1/3 cup Chia Seeds
a little nut milk or water to blend
pinch Pure Vanilla Powder
(Hazelnutty Glory)
1 cup Oregon Hazelnuts
1/3 cup nut milk
2 T raw honey
pinchPure Vanilla Powder
(Salted Caramel Pecan)
2 cups medjool dates, pitted
1/2 cup Raw Pecans
pinch Pure Vanilla Powder, sea salt
water or nut milk to blend..if necessary
(Chocolate Topping)
1 cup Raw Cacao Paste
2 T raw honey
pinch Pure Vanilla Powder
to create:
1.  Blend all Bottom ingredients in a food processor until it has formed a "dough-y" consistency. All ingredients should adhere to one another! Press into parchment-paper lined pan or tray. Chill in freezer.
2. Repeat with Hazelnutty Glory, put in freezer.
3. Blend Salted Caramel Pecan layer into a sticky mess o ' love! BLEND DATES FIRST to make a paste, then add in chopped pecans to keep the crunch aliiive. Put in freezer.
4. Gently melt the Chocolate Topping ingredients in a double boiler (on low), spread all over the Candy Crushin' Mass....Freeze..
5. Cut into individual bars...and CHOW DOWN! Super creamy, crunchy, sweet, healthy, delish, and nutrient-dense. Keeps in freezer as long as ye can keep them there!
