Try this super satisfying, nourishing, big bowl of RAMEN! You will be happy you did!
For the broth
1/3 cup Miso flakes
1 cube veggie bullion
1 TBSP red miso paste
Splash of toasted sesame oil
🌱For the goodies 🌱
1 package ramen noodles
1 portobello mushroom sliced
2 squares of tofu (marinate in equal parts sesame oil, soy sauce, + rice vinegar)
Sprinkle of sesame seeds/ gomasio
Sliced green onions
Grill the portobellos
Fry the tofu
Make up the broth by adding hot water to the misos and veggie broth, and whisk
Cool the noodles
And, wa-la!
Combine in your favorite big bowl and sprinkle on sesame seeds and green onions
