This Healthy Chocolate Hazelnut Frappe is a luxurious blend of chocolate and hazelnut flavors made with one of my favorite plant-based nourishing ingredients. This drink energizes and delights and is a super easy, healthy way to get your "Frappuccino" fix—vegan, refined sugar-free, gluten-free, and made with whole plant-based ingredients.
Ingredients:
- ½ cup Cacao Powder
- 1 cup cold brew coffee
- ½ cup SPiN Hazelnut Cream & Milk Concentrate
- 2 cups ice
- ½ cup Maple Crystals
- ½ teaspoon Vanilla Powder
- ¼ cup Coconut Sweetened Cacao Nibs
- Chocolate Hazelnut Butter to garnish
- dairy-free whipped cream
How to Make it:
- Prepare the Cold Brew Base: Blend the first five ingredients until smooth (except ice).
- Add Ice: Achieve a slushy consistency by adding ice to the blender pitcher. Blend again until smooth.
- Mix in Nibs: Include the cacao nibs and blend briefly.
- Garnish the Glass: Swirl chocolate hazelnut butter inside your glasses before pouring the frappe.
- Serve: Top with whipped cream and extra cacao nibs.
