Mulberry-Cacao-Cashew Brownies!

Not overly sweet, this crunchy, nib-by recipe is infused with pure vanilla beans and is perfect eaten straight out of the freezer......not a crumb will remain! A perfect midnight snack or morning brekkie, this brownie is powered up with pure Ecuadorian Cacao Paste and hemp seeds to really get the engine revvin'! ingredients: 2 cups White Mulberries, ground into a powder (ish) 2 cups Cashews OR 3 T Cashew Butter 1/2 cup Cacao Nibs 1/4 cup Hemp Seeds 1 cup Cacao Paste + 1/2 cup Coconut Oil + pinch Pure Vanilla Powder + drizzle of honey (optional) pinch Pure Vanilla Powder, sea salt to create: 1. In a double boiler, gently melt Cacao Paste with Coconut Oil, a drizzle of honey, and a sprinkle of Pure Vanilla Powder until thoroughly melted. Take a taste. Need a lil more honey? Add a lil! Keep on low until ready to use. 2. In a food processor, blend Mulberries till they are powdered. Pour into a bowl. 3. Blend the Cashews with Pure Vanilla Powder and add a little nut milk or water to make them super creamy/buttery. OR use Cashew Butter! Mix into Mulberries. 4. Incorporate Nibs, Hemp Seeds, and melted Cacao Paste mixture. 5. Form into brownies, top with goodies, and set in freezer for 1 hour. These are best straight outta the freezer! Trust me! YUM...
