Raw Caramel Pecan Pie

ingredients: (Pecan Crust) 1 cup Pecans OR Pecan Butter 1/2 cup coconut flakes 1 cup medjool dates, pitted pinch Pure Vanilla Powder, sea salt (Caramel Pecan Filling) 2 ripe bananas, frozen or fresh 1/2 cup-to-1 cup medjool dates, pitted (the more dates, the stickier and sweeter it shall be!) 2 T Pecan Butter  2 T Coconut Oil 1 T raw honey (optional) pinch Pure Vanilla Powder Pecans, for topping to create: 1. Blend all ingredients for Crust in a food processor until uniform. Line a pie pan with parchment paper, and press crust into pan. 2. Blend all Filling ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Pour and smooth into crust. 3. Top with a Pecan swirl….and set in freezer! A nourishing tradition has been born! Screen Shot 2014-11-09 at 3.18.16 PM
