Dreamin' Raw Pecan Ice Cream
ingredients: 1 cup medjool dates, pitted 1 cup Pecans + 1/2 cup chopped for topping 1/2 cup nut milk + 1/2 cup water 1 T Maca Powder 1 tsp. Pure Vanilla Powder 1 frozen banana 1/4 cup Cacao Paste, processed slightly into lil chunks 1/4 cup Sweetened Cacao Nibs to create: 1. Blend up all ingredients except Cacao Paste and Sweetened Cacao Nibs in a food processor or blender. 2. Stir Pecans, Cacao Paste, and Nibs into mixture… place in a dish in the freezer for 30-45 minutes… scoop out with an ice cream scoop..top with Pecans.. INITIATE CLOUDS AND ILLUMINATED DREAMS!
