Tangy Incan Berry Pie with GREEN Hemp Crust!

(GREEN Hemp Coconut Crust)
1 cup Hemp Seeds
2 cups coconut shreds, reserve some for sprinkling on top 1/2 cup medjool dates, pitted
2 heaping T honey
2 pinches Pure Vanilla Powder
(Incan Berry Pie Filling)
3/4 cup Incan Berries, soaked overnight and use soaking water
1/2 cup medjool dates, pitted
2 mangos, ripe
1/2 cup Coconut Oil, melted gently
1/2 lime, juiced
pinch Pure Vanilla Powder
Goji Berries for topping to create:
1. Blend all Crust ingredients. Press into pie pan lined with parchment. Put in freezer. 2. Blend all Incan Berry Pie Filling ingredients. Pour evenly over Crust ,press in Goji Berries and sprinkle with Coconut Shreds…let it set for 1-2 hours in freezer… slice it up and share the love!!
