So refreshing!! Seriously... these might be the best things to grace this blog...
1/4 cup Maple Crystals or Maple Syrup
1 cup White Mulberries
1 cup Cashews OR Cashew Butter
1/3 cup Goji Berries
2 T Coconut Oil
1 T lemon juice or zest
1 tsp. Camu Camu Powder
pinch Pure Vanilla Powder
pinch sea salt
1. Blend all ingredients except goji berries in a food processor.
2. Incorporate the goji berries, pulsing only a few times to keep them chunky!
3. Press into a parchment paper, freeze for 2 hours, cut into squares… top with additional goji berries…store in the freezer.. DELECTABLE! Motha Naycha's sugar cookies…so refreshingly light.. perfect for spring!
