This recipe can be made raw if you coat the onion rings in lightly melted coconut oil instead of eggs and dehydrate.
ingredients: 2 large sweet onions (Walla Walla= prime) 2 eggs 1 1/2 cups whole wheat breads (or almonds if you are making this raw) 1/4 cup Hemp Seeds 2 tsp. sea salt 1 tsp. black pepper, smoked paprika, oregano to create: 1. Preheat oven to 400 F. (Obivously, skip if you are using a dehydrator!) 2. Slice onions horizontally into 1/2 inch rings, then separate individual O's. 3. With a fork, whisk the eggs into a bowl. In a different bowl, mix all the dry ingredients. 4. Dip O's into egg batter, the into the dry mixture, and place eon baking sheet. Repeat, repeat, repeat. 5. Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown. 6. CRUNCHITTY CRUNCH!! <3
