Ingredients:
8 fresh medjool dates
1/2 cup phyllo threads
1 tsp coconut oil
3 TBSP pistachio butter
1/4 cup melted cacao paste
Coarse salt
Directions:
1. In a saucepan on medium heat, melt the coconut oil
2. Add phyllo threads pastry and toast for a few minutes until golden, stirring constantly
3. Transfer toasted pastry threads to a bowl and add the pistachio butter
4. Slice and pit the dates + stuff with the filling
5. Drizzle with melted cacao and top with coarse salt
6. Enjoy!!
