Dragon Fruit Lemonade Chia Splash
- 3 Tbsp dragon fruit powder
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 2 Tbsp coconut water powder (or more to sweeten)
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 large bottle of chilled sparkling mineral water or plain filtered water
- lemon or lime wedge and/or mint leaves to garnish
Blend Dragon Fruit Powder, lemon juice, coconut water powder with 1 cup water, then stir in chia seeds and pour over ice. Makes 3 or 4 servings.
