Whole Vanilla Beans - Raw
Experience the art of true vanilla. Our Whole Vanilla Beans are the finest quality gourmet variety: Vanilla tahitensis grown in Papua New Guinea. These decadent beans are hand-harvested from vanilla orchid flowers and cured in the sun for days to develop their rich, black color and intensely aromatic profile. This exquisite variety has an intense vanilla flavor that's stronger than most extracts or beans. No alcohol, no preservatives - just whole, raw vanilla beans.

INGREDIENTS: Whole Vanilla Beans (Tahitian Variety, grown in Papua New Guinea). 2 Vanilla Beans per vial.
Allergy Warning: Packaged in a facility that processes various tree nuts
Our Whole Vanilla Beans are perfect for dishes where vanilla is the star. To use, cut a vanilla bean in half lengthwise, then split each half down the center with a sharp paring knife. Use the blade to scrape out all the precious seeds - those tiny black specks of pure vanilla magic. Substitute 1 whole vanilla bean pod in place of 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Once scraped, the “used” pods can be added to sugar to make vanilla sugar, steeped in cream or milk for custards and ice cream bases, or simmered in sauces for deep infusion.
To make homemade vanilla extract: Place vanilla beans in a glass jar, cover with vodka, bourbon or rum, making sure the beans are fully submerged. Shake, let it sit for 2-3 months, shaking regularly…
✨ VANILLA EXTRACT! ✨
Try vanilla beans in hot chocolate for luxurious warmth, steep them in nut milks for homemade vanilla milk, sprinkle on top of ice cream or yogurt, use the seeds in chia pudding and overnight oats, or incorporate them into pies and desserts. The visual beauty of vanilla bean seeds adds elegance to any creation. For more than six centuries, natural vanilla has provided spectacular flavoring and aroma to foods and beverages—these whole beans deliver that heritage in its purest form.
Why Whole Vanilla Beans Are Worth It
Vanilla is one of the world's most cherished spices. In recent years, wholesale vanilla prices have reached $500-600 per kilogram, up from just a fraction of that cost previously. This dramatic increase reflects vanilla's rarity and the intensive hand-cultivation process required. When you choose whole vanilla beans, you're investing in true quality: hand-harvested flowers, sun-cured pods, and the authentic vanilla experience that extracts simply cannot replicate.
