- 2 tablespoons Hemp Seed Butter
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup cilantro leaves (or parsley)
- 1 clove of raw garlic
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple crystals
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Place all ingredients in a food processor and puree until smooth.
