This Homemade Vegan Acai Bowl recipe is the perfect easy, healthy, and delicious smoothie bowl. It's made with clean and simple ingredients and is much more affordable than premade acai bowls. This recipe is vegan, refined sugar-free, oil-free, and gluten-free!
Acai Bowl Ingredients:
5 frozen bananas
1 cup frozen blueberries
3 tablespoon Acai powder
2 tablespoon Coconut Water Powder
¼ cup Plant based milk of choice you may need to add more or less. We used Spin Almond Milk Concentrate.
Toppings:
1 banana
1 golden kiwi
½ cup strawberries
¼ cup healthy vegan granola
2 tablespoon Organic Raw Pistachios
1 tablespoon shredded coconut
INSTRUCTIONS: Begin by combining all of the acai bowl ingredients together in the high-speed blender. I recommend starting with just a splash of plant-based milk and adding more if necessary. If your blender has a tamper tool use that to get the mixture blending. Once you have achieved the perfect creamy texture, scoop the acai into a bowl and smooth out. Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy! 💜
